Where we ship

QIGE Jewelry ships to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Express shipping is a flat $14.99 per order, available at checkout.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our facility in California. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends are processed the following Monday.

Transit time

Standard shipping arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Express options are typically 2–3 business days.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays and lost packages

If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days or the package is marked delivered but not received, please email service@qigejewelry.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship at the customer's expense.
