Refund & Return Policy

Our 30-day return window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, as long as:

  • The item is in unworn, original condition.
  • All original packaging is included (jewelry box, polishing cloth, care card).
  • You have a proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

How to start a return

  1. Email service@qigejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defect on arrival).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds for defects or our error

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-returnable items

  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Custom or personalized engraved pieces (V1 — none currently offered).
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different item or size, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
